This Naturepedic Organic Cotton Quilted Twin Mattress Topper is made of two layers of sumptuous organic cotton with a cushioning layer of PLA batting in between. PLA (polylactide) is a plant derived fiber which has good moisture absorption and is an excellent alternative to petroleum based synthetic fibers. This organic cotton mattress topper is designed to provide a plush sleep surface that is breathable thereby normalizing body temperature and reducing sweating while also protecting the mattress itself from stains and moisture.

The Naturepedic Organic Cotton Quilted Mattress Topper has latex free elastic straps at each corner that attach it to the mattress and keep it in place. The organic cotton quilted mattress topper can be machine washed, dryed and fits a standard twin sized mattress.
